From mid-July to September 2018 Rustins will be transferring all of our products to one warehouse.  This will improve our service to you:

• Fewer deliveries - no need to split orders.
• Faster deliveries - improved efficiencies when processing orders

As you know, since the fire in January 2018 we have used three warehouses which is awkward for you and for us.  We appreciate your patience while we worked on a long term solution. 
We ask you for a little more patience and understanding during this transition period while we migrate all of our brands to one warehouse based in the east Midlands.  We will work hard to minimise the disruption which may include multiple deliveries and delays in receiving some products while specific brands are moving from our London area sites to the new warehouse.
