These conditions govern all contracts made by Rustins Limited.

If you are not happy with any product then you are welcome to send it back to us within 14 working days for a full refund provided that the item is returned in the same condition as it was supplied, undamaged and unopened. This applies to online purchases only. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Any product bought online is subject to the Sales of Goods Act 1979 and Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002.

All orders are accepted on the basis that payment is made in full prior to delivery.

Rustins Limited reserves the right to amend listed prices and specifications without notice and at any time withdraw any items without prior notice.
