If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can request a refund up to 14 days after purchase (online purchases only).  Any delivery charges incurred are non-repayable.  The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any delivery charge paid, where appropriate.) The item must be returned undamaged, unopened and in its original packaging and labelling. The buyer is responsible for the cost of any return delivery charges.
